1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee so you can try Aurora risk-free. The guarantee applies to your first purchase only; renewals are non-refundable. The guarantee is limited to one refund per user. No refund is available where your account has been suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
When a refund is granted, the related subscription is cancelled and access is disabled. Cryptocurrency payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law, due to the irreversible nature of crypto transactions.
2. Right of withdrawal for EU/EEA/UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. However, when you complete your purchase you give your express consent to the immediate start of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (the digital-content / immediate-performance exception).
Importantly, Aurora’s voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee applies in parallel and independently, so you can still request a refund under that guarantee during the 14-day window.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact support@auroravpn.org within the eligible window. To stop future charges, you should both cancel auto-renewal in Account → Subscription and submit your refund request within the window; the refund applies to the eligible purchase, while cancellation prevents further renewals.
4. Exclusions
The following are not covered by this Refund Policy:
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play — these are governed by the respective store’s refund rules and must be requested there
- Purchases made via resellers, gift codes or prepaid cards
- Certain payment methods that are non-refundable by their nature
- Renewals after the first term
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
